  32.     You are allowed to copy the complete and unmodified emx package
  33.     (emxdev.zip, emxlib.zip, emxample.zip, emxtest.zip) if this is
  34.     done without charge.  If you want to charge a small fee for
  35.     handling etc., you have to contact the author.  If you want to
  36.     charge a big fee, you aren't allowed to copy the emx development
  37.     package.  The emxomf, emxomfar, emxomfld, listomf and emxexp
  38.     programs are exceptions: the GNU General Public License (see
  39.     COPYING) applies to these programs if distributed separately from
  40.     the emx development package.

  44.     Everybody is allowed to use the emx runtime package.  You are
  45.     allowed to copy the unmodified emx runtime package if you do not
  46.     charge for the distribution.

  49.     emx), a complimentary copy would be appreciated by the emx
